{{ r.how }}

We do not collect your name, your location, your contacts, or your device identifiers for advertising. There is no advertising in Drumbelina and no third-party analytics or tracking.

Why we are allowed to

·

To provide the service you asked for — signing you in, measuring your takes, showing your history. Without this data there is no app.

·

Our legitimate interest in improving the measurement engine — your recordings and the measurements taken from them are used to test and improve how it works. You can object to this; see Your rights.

Your rights

You can, at any time:

·

See your data — your takes and scores are in the app; ask us for anything else

·

Take it with you — export any recording from its take screen

·

Delete it — individual recordings or your whole account, from the You tab. Deleting your account removes your data from our systems

·

Correct it, or object to our using your recordings to improve the engine

For anything not available in the app, write to {{ contactAddress }}.

Note the one exception, which is also in the terms: anonymised and aggregated material may be retained after your account is closed. Anonymised material is no longer personal data, and it is what the engine's calibration rests on.

Age

Drumbelina is not intended for children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

Security

Recordings are private to your account and are served over short-lived signed links. Access is enforced at the database level, not by the app — so a bug in the app cannot expose another drummer's playing.

We cannot promise perfect security, and nobody honestly can.

Changes

If we change this notice we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is one you would care about.
